The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) chapter at South Dakota Mines is on a mission to empower Latino and Hispanic students in STEM through leadership, community, and opportunity. This fall, we hope to send a group of dedicated student leaders to the SHPE National Convention—the largest gathering of Hispanic STEM talent in the country.
